Please use the “Lost your password?” link located at the bottom of the log-in box in the right-hand menu. You can enter either your email address or username in the box that will appear. After this an email will be sent to your email address with further instructions.
How do I report a problem with the website?
- If you are a member, please visit the ‘Main Engineering‘ forum and post there.

How do I change my avatar/display picture?
Sign up and create an avatar at http://www.gravatar.com – be sure to use the same email address as you have registered on this website (If you’re unsure what email address you used, log-in and click the “profile” link, your email address will then be listed in there).
Please note you must select a “G rated” (family-friendly) avatar for use on the USS Columbia website.
Then in 5-10 minutes it’ll show up on this website. Magic. (You may need to clear your browser’s cache to see the new image)
How can I change my display name in the forum?
Go to the forum and click the link “change display name”, located just above the three pink boxes at the top of the page.
